2. Eligibility

To use Boujie, you must:

• Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• Not be prohibited from using the Services under applicable law

If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

3. Account Registration

• Generate AI-powered summaries and Q&A content
• Create searchable, AI-discoverable knowledge pages

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time without notice.

5. Your Content

Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you create and share through your connected social media accounts ("Your Content"). Boujie does not claim ownership of Your Content.

License Grant

By using our Services, you grant Boujie a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Access and retrieve Your Content from connected platforms
• Process, analyze, and organize Your Content using AI
• Display Your Content and AI-generated derivatives on your Boujie profile
• Make Your Content available for discovery by search engines and AI assistants

This license terminates when you delete your account or disconnect your social accounts.

AI-Generated Content

Boujie may generate summaries, Q&A pairs, and other content derived from Your Content using AI ("Generated Content"). You are granted a license to use Generated Content as part of your Boujie profile. Generated Content is attributed to you and displayed publicly on your profile.

6. Content Guidelines

You agree that Your Content will not:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights
• Contain harmful, abusive, or harassing material
• Include false or misleading information
• Contain malware, spam, or malicious code
• Violate the terms of service of connected platforms

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these guidelines and may suspend or terminate accounts for repeated violations.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Access the Services through automated means without authorization
• Attempt to circumvent security measures or access controls
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
• Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Services without permission
• Create multiple accounts for abusive purposes

8. Intellectual Property

Boujie Property

The Services, including all software, designs, logos, and documentation, are owned by Boujie and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Trademarks

"Boujie" and our logos are trademarks of Boujie. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent.

9. Payment Terms

Free Services

Basic features of Boujie are available for free. We reserve the right to change what features are included in free accounts.

Paid Services

Certain features may require payment. By subscribing to paid Services:

• You agree to pay all applicable fees
• Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to paid features until then.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through your account settings or by contacting us.

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include:

Effect of Termination

• ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF AI-GENERATED CONTENT
• UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE SERVICE

We do not guarantee that the Services will meet your requirements or that AI-generated content will be accurate or complete.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BOUJIE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or data
• Business interruption
• Loss of goodwill or reputation

Our total liability for all claims arising from these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or (b) $100.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Boujie, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third party rights
• Your Content

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action lawsuit.

For disputes under $10,000, either party may elect small claims court instead of arbitration.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

17. Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Boujie regarding the Services.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
